Schedule of the 25th Li Ning Winter Sun Cyprus International 2013:
1. Team Managers Meeting on Thursday 24/01/13 at 19:00 at Europa Hotel Lobby
2. Technical Officials Meeting on Thursday 24/01/13 at 20:00 at Asty Hotel
3. Matches will start on Friday at 08:30 with the qualification rounds of MS followed by the 1st and 2nd round matches in MS, WS and MD. On Saturday at 09:00 we will start with the Quarter Finals of all the events. At 14:00 we will play the Semi-Finals. On Sunday at 10:00 we will play the Finals.
Final schedule frame will be announced after the draw has been published.

All entries must be made by using the BWF Online Entry System.*

Entries must be submitted no later than 1st  January 2013 at 23.59 BWF HQ time (16.59 CET)

For choosing the players/pairs the BWF World Ranking of 03.01.2013 has been used.

In MS, all players/pairs without a BWF ranking or a notional ranking have been drawn by Nation then by National ranking.

All events are in ranking order. Due to the low amount of entries in WD and XD, these events will not count for the World Ranking. The entering associations have been informed directly.

Due to the relatively low amount of matches, it has been accepted to play only on Friday-Saturday, where the few Qualification matches will be played as first thing Friday morning.

It has furthermore been agreed to play on less courts than the amount listed in the invitation.

IMPORTANT NOTE

FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

Due to the low amount of entries we have cancelled one of the official hotels in our invitation (AVEROF HOTEL). Please inform your players to book as soon as possible the accommodation only in Europa Hotel as the only one official hotel. The dead line for booking the official hotel was on 4/1/13.

BUS SHUTTLE

Transport from the airport (Larnaca) to the official hotel (Europa Hotel) will be provided free of charge by the Cyprus Badminton Federation.

On arrival at Larnaca Airport you should look out for KAPNOS AIRPORTS SHUTTLES http://www.kapnosairportshuttle.com/. Below is the schedule for their buses that leave from the airport to Nicosia. Make sure you get on one of these buses. Upon arrival at the bus terminal in Nicosia, you will be taken to the official hotel EUROPA by a taxi free of charge
